About the Role:

Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products on .NET framework. This project require candidate to have knowledge of Server side implementation and having good knowledge of Data base

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and Development in Window platform and unit-test of applications for windows and server side and perform any tasks related to the software development needs of the team.

· Develop bug free (as far as possible) and easy to maintain code.

· Follow industry and McAfee prescribed processes for software development.

· Collaborate with QA to identify and remedy software defects

· Participate in improving software development practices

· Help improve the product by addressing bug backlog

Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills & Education:

· B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science

· 7-9 years in .NET framework

· Possess strong interpersonal skills

· Be fluent in English,

· Highly motivated.

· Must be a team player and easy to work with.

We are looking for a senior malware researcher to join our core development team to develop our next generation of security protection product. This individual will design and implement new features to our advanced malware analysis system for large scale deployment and high volume process. This role will require strong network and Linux programing skills, as well as experience in designing and implementing cloud and network appliance clusters. Ideal candidate will also implement large scale network appliance integration/s.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement our advanced malware analysis/classification engine;
- Write design documents and test plans, along with working with QA to implement test automation process;
- Work with other core team members to enhance the overall malware analysis capability;
- Integrate the advanced malware analysis system with other security product line.

Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills & Education:

- 8 or more years of C/C++ languages and Windows system level experience;
- At least 5+ years’ experience in malware research;
- Ability to excel in a dynamic team environment;
- Pro-active self-starter with the ability to accomplish tasks with limited supervision;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good team player;
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;
- BS in computer science or equivalent – MS preferred;
- Understanding anti malware and network security is a big plus.
