For the third consecutive year, South Nassau Communities hospital has been named the Becker review 2013 hospital list of the "100 best places to work in healthcare" in the United States.
South Nassau was chosen for the strong benefits, wellness initiatives, professional development opportunities, and employee satisfaction atmosphere, and employee recognition programs and events. Events and programs to honor employees include the annual celebrate nurses week and week hospital; meals and ceremonies to honor the selfless volunteers and auxilians; Service annual awards dinner; and many other events.
