Classle launched ready steady jobs fress for all graduates



Classle, the online social network for education today launched Ready Steady Jobs (RSJ), a program targeting graduates from across all disciplines. Ready Steady Jobs will impart skill sets required for graduates to be employable. Classle will generate a Trait Smart Report based on the graduate’s engagement on Ready Steady Jobs which will form the basis for companies to recruit candidates. The program which is free for all, will start from April 8, 2013 and will end on July 31, 2013.

Ready-Steady-Jobs equip graduates with the technical knowledge and communication skills that are required for their employability, making them industry ready. Engineering students can opt for 5 technical skills training courses, depending on their branch of specialization. This will sharpen their knowledge on technical know-how required for the industry. Communication Skills and Aptitude Tests are common talent training for all graduates. Graduates will get an opportunity to learn and apply various techniques of effective communication and participate in aptitude tests. The training will consist of a series of video tutorials, discussions and assignments targeted at helping students develop skills required to land a satisfying job.


Students with high demonstrated activity in their Trait Smart Report will be placed at organizations


Based on their interactions during the program, Classle will develop a report of each participant on 5 dimensions that will include quantitative ability, skill and expertise, academic details, personal details and the unique trait smart report. These dimensions will serve as a detailed report adding an in-depth analysis to the participants CV.
